Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 June 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website cutrova.com and its sub-pages (the “Website”), operated by Thorsten Meyer, Blombergstraße 11 C, 82393 Iffeldorf, Germany (“we”, “us”, the “operator”). Full operator details are set out in the Impressum. By accessing the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website and no advice

The Website provides general information, articles, reviews, and recommendations. The content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice. You use any information at your own risk and should verify it independently before relying on it.

3. Affiliate links and advertising

The Website contains affiliate links and may display advertising. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not affect our editorial independence. Full details are set out in our Affiliate Disclosure.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the “Cutrova” name and mark, and layout — is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights and belongs to the operator or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own private, non-commercial use. Any other use — in particular reproduction, distribution, public communication, or modification — requires our prior written consent.

5. Third-party content and links

The Website may link to external websites operated by third parties. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, products, or services of such external sites. Links do not imply endorsement. Please review the third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access; interfering with its operation or security; introducing malicious code; scraping or harvesting data on a scale that burdens the service; or using the Website for any unlawful purpose.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation (a duty whose fulfilment makes the proper use of the Website possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely), and only up to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability for slight negligence is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability — in particular under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) — remains unaffected.

9. Data protection

Information on how we process personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your visit applies. Please review this page periodically.

11. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. Where permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the operator’s registered seat.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
